1. Reservation Deposit
A non-refundable $100 reservation deposit is required to secure your event date on the calendar. The deposit is applied toward your total rental balance and confirms exclusive use of the venue for your selected time block.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
- Cash — paid in person at the venue.
- Check — made payable to Memories Event Place.
- Arvest Bank deposit — drop off your payment at any Arvest Bank location. Please text a photo of your deposit slip to (479) 381-6737 to confirm receipt.
3. Rental Time Blocks
Standard rentals are 2 hours ($375 + 3% tax) or 6 hours ($675 + tax). Additional time may be added at $100 per hour. Every rental includes 2.5 free hours before the event for your setup and 2.5 free hours after for teardown — a total of 5 extra hours of access at no charge.
4. Renter Responsibilities
- The renter is responsible for completing setup and decoration during the allotted 2.5-hour setup window.
- The renter is responsible for completing teardown and removing all personal belongings within the 2.5-hour teardown window.
- All trash should be bagged and placed in the designated receptacles.
- Decor must not damage walls, ceilings or fixtures (no nails, staples or permanent adhesives).
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
The $100 deposit is non-refundable, but it may be applied to a future booking within 6 months if your event is cancelled at least 14 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event forfeit the deposit.
6. Conduct & Liability
The renter assumes responsibility for the conduct of all guests during the event. Memories Event Place is not liable for personal property left on premises, or for injuries resulting from guest behavior. Any damage to the venue beyond ordinary wear and tear may be billed to the renter.
7. Venue Hours
Memories Event Place operates daily from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Events must conclude and the venue must be vacated by the end of your rental window (including teardown).
